OPC capsules with acerola fruit powder are made exclusively from organic grape seed flour and organic acerola from controlled cultivation. For the best possible bioavailability, we avoid using any extracts or isolated substances. By using natural organic grape seed flour instead of an extract, the plants own ingredients and thus the “interplay” of these active substances are preserved in the product. The valuable ingredients are directly available to the body.

Since OPC can increase the absorption of vitamin C by up to 10%, MIVITA Bio OPC capsules contain acerola fruit powder with at least 17% vitamin C content. This combination makes it an excellent product to support your body with OPC and vitamin C.

Of course, grape seed flour contains less OPC than an extract obtained from it through extraction. However, new studies suggest that the use of extracts and isolated substances negatively influences bioactivity and thus absorption in the body because the "interaction" of the plant's own substances is not fully preserved.

For this reason, we avoid both extracts and any isolated substances and instead rely on the ingredients of the entire plant.

Suggested use: Adults take 2-3 capsules daily with sufficient water. Do not exceed 3 capsules daily. Nutritional supplements should not be taken as a replacement for a balanced diet.
